Scammers can copy a company name, logo, email design, or caller ID. A message that looks like 500FastCash is not automatically genuine. Verify the channel before replying, opening a link, sharing information, or making a payment.

Message verification

Pause before you pay or share information

✓ Did you actually apply at 500FastCash.net?
✓ Is the message asking for money before loan funds are released?
✓ Is it demanding gift cards, cryptocurrency, passwords or one-time codes?
✓ Is the sender using threats or urgency to stop you verifying the contact?

Use the contact details published on 500FastCash.net. Do not trust caller ID or a link inside an unexpected message by itself.

Use the current contact information published on this site:

  • Website: 500FastCash.net
  • Customer service phone: 1-800-507-5859
  • Customer service email: customerservice@500fastcash.net
  • Mailing address: 515 G SE, Miami, OK 74354

Call or navigate to the site independently. Do not use a callback number or link contained only in a suspicious message. Keep sensitive financial details out of ordinary email.

Key point

Verify the message

Did you apply for a loan?

  • No: do not reply, do not call the number in the message, and do not confirm personal information. Use the verified phone number if you need to check whether someone used your identity.
  • Yes: compare the message with your account and saved application records. Navigate to the site independently rather than using the message link.

Is money requested before funds are released?

  • A demand for an upfront “processing,” “insurance,” “guarantee,” “tax,” or “release” fee is a core advance-fee-loan warning sign.
  • Do not pay a fee by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or person-to-person transfer to obtain a promised loan.

Is the sender threatening you?

  • Threats of arrest, jail, immediate criminal charges, employer contact, or family embarrassment are common fake-debt tactics.
  • End the conversation and verify the debt through official channels.

Did you share information or send money?

Safety

Fake loan text and email signs

Be cautious when a message:

  • says you are preapproved for a loan you never requested;
  • asks for a Social Security number or bank-account details by reply;
  • asks you to send a one-time verification code;
  • uses an urgent deadline to prevent you from checking;
  • contains a lookalike domain or misspelled sender address;
  • promises guaranteed approval regardless of verification;
  • asks you to “cancel” an application by replying to the message;
  • includes an attachment or shortened link you were not expecting.

Do not reply “STOP,” “NO,” or “CANCEL” to a suspected phishing message unless you are certain it came from a legitimate sender. Replying can confirm that your number is active.

Safety

Fake collection warning signs

A scammer may claim that a payday loan is past due even when it was never taken, was already paid, or belongs to another company. The person may know an old address, relative’s name, bank name, or partial Social Security number. Personal knowledge does not prove legitimacy.

Stop and verify when the caller:

  • refuses to identify the original creditor and amount;
  • refuses to provide written validation or account details;
  • demands immediate payment through an unusual method;
  • threatens arrest or says law enforcement is on the way;
  • tells you not to contact 500FastCash directly;
  • says payment must go to a lawyer, courier, wallet, or unrelated company;
  • pressures you to stay on the phone while sending money.
Cost

Advance-fee loan scams

A legitimate credit transaction should not require a consumer to send money to an unknown person before the promised loan is delivered. The FTC warns about scammers who promise a loan or near-certain access to credit but first demand a fee described as processing, insurance, application, or another service.

If you receive this demand:

  1. Do not pay.
  2. Do not provide account or card details.
  3. Save the message, phone number, sender address, and payment instructions.
  4. Verify through the official 500FastCash.net contact information.
  5. Report the attempt to the FTC.
Key point

What 500FastCash may legitimately ask you to do

A genuine application may require identity, income, and active-checking-account information through a secure process. Additional income documentation may be requested. A real offer should provide disclosures and an agreement before electronic signature.

That does not mean you should provide:

  • an online-banking password;
  • a debit-card PIN;
  • a one-time security code sent by your bank;
  • gift-card numbers;
  • cryptocurrency keys or wallet access;
  • remote access to your phone or computer.
Key point

If you shared private information

Act quickly:

  • Contact your bank or credit union using the number on its official site or your card.
  • Change passwords for banking, email, and the 500FastCash account; do not reuse passwords.
  • Turn on multifactor authentication where available.
  • Ask the bank about monitoring, replacing cards, or restricting transactions.
  • Review account activity and credit reports.
  • Preserve screenshots, messages, and transaction records.
  • Report identity misuse through the appropriate federal identity-theft process if necessary.

Do not share a new verification code with anyone who calls after the first incident. Scammers may pose as bank fraud staff during a second attempt.

Key point

If you sent money

Contact the payment provider immediately. Depending on the method, ask whether the transfer can be stopped, recalled, disputed, or flagged as fraud. Gift-card issuers may have a fraud process; cryptocurrency and wire payments can be difficult to recover, so speed matters.

Report the incident at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and follow any instructions from your financial institution. If there is an immediate threat or theft, contact local law enforcement.
