Submitting an application, receiving an approval decision, having funds sent, and seeing money available in a checking account are four different events. 500FastCash describes approved funds as being sent by Automated Clearing House (ACH) for delivery as early as the following business day when review is complete. Your bank controls final posting and availability.

Source & timing note — 500FastCash-specific funding statements were checked against 500FastCash.net disclosures on August 20, 2026. The published process supports ACH funding on the business day after approval, subject to verification and bank posting. Do not add a precise batch cutoff or time-zone claim until operations confirms the current wording.

Estimate the next ACH business day

Select a date

Illustrative business-day estimate only. Verification, batch timing, holidays and the receiving bank can delay availability.

1. Application submitted

The application enters review only after the required fields are completed. Incorrect contact, income, pay-date, or bank information can create a delay before the lender can make a decision.

2. Verification completed

Some applications require additional proof of income. The 500FastCash FAQ lists examples such as a recent bank statement showing recurring deposits, a paycheck stub, or an award letter for government benefits. A request for documents does not mean the application is approved.

3. Decision communicated

If an application is approved, the site states that an email is sent to the address provided in the application and includes an estimated funding date. Review every term before signing. An approval decision can still be subject to completion of the agreement and any remaining verification.

4. Funds sent by ACH

ACH is an electronic transfer between financial institutions. The current 500FastCash process describes funds being deposited into the customer’s account on the business day after approval, subject to processing conditions.

5. Receiving bank posts the deposit

The bank or credit union decides when an incoming ACH entry becomes visible and available. A transfer can be sent correctly but appear later because of the receiving institution’s posting schedule, account review, or a holiday.

Funding

Estimated ACH arrival

The estimator considers:

  • day the approval notice was received;
  • whether all requested documents were accepted;
  • whether the agreement was signed on a business day;
  • whether the next day is a weekend or federal holiday.

The result uses ranges rather than false precision:

  • Possible next-business-day arrival — approval, verification, and signing completed within the lender’s processing window.
  • Likely following-business-day arrival — completed after the processing window or immediately before a weekend or holiday.
  • Timing cannot be estimated yet — documents, identity, bank information, or agreement completion remain outstanding.

An exact deposit hour is not promised. Verification, processing windows, holidays and the receiving institution can change timing.

Funding

Why funding may take longer

Common causes include:

  • income or identity documents are still under review;
  • the application contains a name, account, or routing mismatch;
  • the checking account cannot accept the ACH entry;
  • the agreement has not been electronically signed;
  • the approval occurs after the current processing batch;
  • the next calendar day is not a banking day;
  • the receiving bank has not made the entry available.

A delay is not proof of denial, and an approval email is not proof that the bank has posted the deposit.

Key point

Weekends and federal holidays

ACH processing and bank posting are generally organized around banking days. An application can be submitted online outside business hours, but that does not make Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday a normal settlement day.

A Friday approval may result in a Monday or later posting depending on completion time, the lender’s batch, the receiving bank, and whether Monday is a holiday. The estimator therefore moves the estimate to the next eligible business day rather than promising weekend funding.

Funding

What to check when the deposit is missing

  1. Confirm that the application was approved rather than merely submitted.
  2. Check that the agreement was signed and no document request remains open.
  3. Review the estimated funding date in the approval communication.
  4. Verify the routing and account numbers entered in the secure process.
  5. Ask your bank’s ACH department whether a pending credit is visible.
  6. Contact 500FastCash customer service if the estimated date has passed.

Do not email full bank-account numbers or login credentials. Use the secure account process or the verified support phone number.

Funding

Funding speed should not decide the loan by itself

A faster deposit does not reduce the finance charge or make repayment easier. Before signing, compare the total due with the income and essential expenses that fall before or immediately after the scheduled payment date.

If the obligation would require another loan, a missed rent payment, an overdraft, or a skipped essential bill, compare a creditor extension, employer advance, credit-union option, or local assistance first.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does 500FastCash promise same-day funding?

No. The current site describes ACH delivery as early as the following business day after approval, with final availability controlled by the customer’s bank.

Can I apply during the weekend?

The online application may be available, but review, ACH processing, and bank posting can follow business-day schedules.

Why was I asked for a bank statement or pay stub?

Additional documents may be needed to verify recurring income or other application information before a decision is finalized.

What is the difference between approval and funding?

Approval is a lending decision. Funding is the transfer of money after the agreement and required steps are complete. Bank availability is the final posting event.

Who should I contact first if the deposit is late?

Check the estimated date and your bank’s ACH department, then contact 500FastCash if the date has passed or the bank cannot identify the transfer.

Key point

Use the estimated date, not an advertising phrase

Plan around the date provided after approval and signing. Keep another way to handle the expense until the funds are actually available in your account.
