Consistent with the policy stated for credit covered by federal military-lending protections, this website WILL NOT provide covered lending services to:

1. Covered member

For purposes of this notice, a "covered member" includes a member of the armed forces who is

1. on active duty under a call or order that does not specify a period of 30 days or less; or
2. on active Guard and Reserve Duty.

2. Dependent

For purposes of this notice, a "dependent" of a covered member includes

1. the member's spouse;
2. the member's child; or
3. an individual for whom the member provided more than one-half of the individual's support for 180 days immediately preceding an extension of consumer credit covered by this section.
